Welcome to Mesa Digital. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our service.
1. General Conditions
By using this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Mesa Digital serves the Setubal, Portugal region. We reserve the right to refuse service to any address outside of our delivery zones.
2. Payment Processing
All online payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
3. Return & Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products (prepared food), all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been accepted and preparation has commenced at our kitchen. If an error is made on our part (e.g., incorrect items delivered), please contact our support team immediately so we can substitute or correct the issue.
Orders that are cancelled by the user after the chef has started preparing the food cannot be refunded.
4. Delivery Limitations
Our commitment is to deliver food quickly and safely. However, estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are estimates and not guarantees. Mesa Digital is not liable for delivery delays caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, or incidents outside of our control.
If our rider cannot reach you and you do not respond to phone calls or the contact email provided at checkout within 10 minutes of arrival, the order will be marked as "Failed Delivery" and no refund will be issued.
5. Privacy & Data Use (GDPR Compliance)
We process your personal data (Name, Email, Address, Location Coordinates) strictly for the purpose of order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and required tax reporting in Portugal. By completing a checkout, you consent to this data usage. We will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
